Over the years we have developed a variety of simple mechanical engineering and chemical engineering utility programs for our own use. We have decided to gradually put proper "faces" on these programs and to release then as free software because they are too simple to offer commercially. The first two programs that we have released this way are :- Turbine Steam-Consumption Calculator. This will calculate the steam consumption for a turbine of known power and efficiency. Uconeer - Units Conversion for Engineers. This is a powerful, but easy to use, units conversion tool created specifically for engineers. It includes 394 units in 46 categories, but excludes the archaic and esoteric units that engineers never use.
